HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! It's been a while. Blogging took a back seat for a while but now I have things to share so maybe it will pick up. These are photographs I took last weekend with my new camera lens. I'm trying to learn how to do everything manual. I took over 100 pictures.....made 1000 mistakes and these are the only one that turned out remotely ok. The little girl in one of the pictures is Kinzi's friend from school.

This one really shows what the lens can do. I focused tight on his nose and then you'll see the blur all the way out. No funny jokes about him looking like a sheep dog right now!

This was the best shot of the day technically. I had to do very little post processing.

Nathan tolerating mom.....again.

Boy does Kinzi like to pose. She's now giving me suggestions.

Up close and shocking....her hair is in her face!

Loved this tree.

Since she is my tree hugger, she thought she would hug the tree.

This pose was her idea on the next two pictures. I thought it was great. My skill however wasn't so good and you can see that sun spot in the first one.....darn it! Technically, the second one is better. I still like the pictures.

They were getting goofy at his point!

Yep, still goofy!

I hope you liked them.
