Here we are at Days 1 and 2 of our Europe vacation. I say day 1 and 2 because we left on the 29th and arrived on the 30th. We traveled for more than 20 hours. We changed planes 4 times. This picture was taken on the plane from Boston to London. We were on an American Airlines new 777. The first class was unbelievable and regular peon class was pretty good. We each had a screen in front of us where movies, tv shows and games were suppose to be free and on demand. The games were free but they were having a problem with their DVD machine so we were not able to see movies on our 6.5 hour leg of the flight. After we arrived (yes....with ALL of our luggage) we took a nap while Chuck was traveling by train to meet us. By the time we woke up, Chuck had arrived. We had pizza for dinner (oh my gosh!!!! it was the most expensive meal we have ever had!!!!!!) and went Geocaching while we checked out the area! Yep, we've officially geocached in Europe. We found two the first night. After some icky ice cream, we headed back to the hotel and crashed!
Temps are about 78 degrees.
